Steven Strom founded Odinbrook Global Advisors in 2014 and specializes in advising clients in bankruptcy, distressed and special situations. In his 30+ years of experience, he has served as CEO of Blackhill Partners investment bank, global head of the Restructuring and Recapitalization Group at Jefferies, managing director in the Restructuring Group at CIBC World Markets and managing director at Chanin Capital Partners.

He was also a research analyst/trader at Commodities Corporation and a vice president in the M&A Group at Chemical Bank. Steven has an MBA with a concentration in finance from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree in business (finance) from Arizona State University. He has Series 7, 63 and 24 FINRA licenses and is a member of the ABI, TMA and INSOL.
