Nicole Matousek is an Associate at XMS Capital Partners.

Prior to joining XMS, Nicole spent five years at XA Investments, where she focused on investment fund structuring across a broad range of investment strategies, geographies, and fund structures.

Nicole earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame in 2019, where she also completed a second major in Applied and Computational Mathematics and Statistics. She earned her Master of Business Administration from London Business School in 2026, with concentrations in Sustainability and Entrepreneurship.
