Nicholas Crompton is a vice president at XMS Capital Partners, based in London, having previously worked in the firm's Chicago office. His coverage is focused on Financial Services and Technology companies pursuing a range of strategic and financial initiatives. This has included working with high growth FinTech and AI businesses on both sides of the Atlantic and in Asia.

Since joining XMS, he has worked on a number of strategic and financial advisory assignments for a diverse range of clients, including M&A transactions for public companies such as Aon and Babylon Health, and private companies such as StatRad and Wisetek.

Nicholas graduated from the University of Oxford with a Bachelor of Arts in Geography.
