Matt Gormly is an Executive Director and the Head of Capital Solutions at XMS Capital Partners. His primary responsibilities include origination of capital markets opportunities, management of client and third-party communications, and transaction execution. Matt has 10+ years of investment banking and credit transaction experience where he has underwritten and raised capital across the capital stack for a wide range of companies and industries.

Previously, Matt was a Founder and Principal of Reynolds Gormly & Co. LLC, a specialty debt and equity advisory boutique with unique strengths in rescue financing and conventional lending for middle and lower middle market companies.

Prior to Reynolds Gormly & Co., Matt held various positions at Capital Southwest Corporation, ORIX Corporation USA, Piper Jaffray, CIT Sponsor Finance, and Mercer Health & Benefits.

Matt received a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business.
