Kyle Schafer is an analyst at XMS Capital Partners and is responsible for conducting research, preparing marketing materials, creating financial models and producing client presentations. He joined XMS in 2024.

Kyle graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and in Strategic Business Development and Entrepreneurship. While at the University of Illinois, Kyle was a member of the Investment Management Academy. Kyle previously worked as an intern at a Seattle-based private equity firm and completed an internship program with XMS during the summer of 2023.
