Jon DiCicco is an executive director at XMS Capital Partners. Since joining XMS, he has worked on numerous strategic transactions and financial advisory assignments for clients that include publicly traded companies, private entities and financial sponsors. He spends the majority of his time focused on the industrial, technology and business services sectors.

Previously, Jon worked in the Chicago office of PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Corporate Finance practice and spent a year in the Valuation and Financial Opinion Group at Stout.
