Guillermo Portabales is an analyst at XMS Capital Partners and is responsible for supporting transaction execution, preparing financial models, developing marketing materials, and producing client presentations. He is a core member of the firm's European digital infrastructure M&A execution team.

Prior to joining XMS, Guillermo spent four years in investment banking at CaixaBank, where he specialized in power, energy, and infrastructure transactions, advising on more than €1.2 billion in transaction value. Outside of work, Guillermo is an Ironman finisher.
