Executive Director

Patrick O’Hara is an executive director at XMS Capital Partners. Since joining XMS in 2015, he has worked on several strategic transactions and financial advisory assignments for a diverse range of clients that include Aon, Bemis, CNH Industrial, Edwards Lifesciences, Federal-Mogul and Veritiv. He spends the majority of his time focused in the digital assets and infrastructure sectors, having worked with large public clients including Core Scientific and Riot Platforms, as well as a number of high growth private companies. Patrick also served as Vice President of Power & Digital Infrastructure Acquisition II Corp., a SPAC which successfully merged with Montana Technologies.

Patrick completed an internship program with XMS during the summer of 2014 and joined the firm full-time after graduating from the University of Notre Dame. Patrick graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and a supplemental major in applied and computational mathematics. Patrick has also passed all three levels of the CFA Program examinations.
