Managing Director

Jon DiCicco is a Managing Director at XMS Capital Partners. During his time at XMS, he has advised publicly traded companies, privately held businesses and financial sponsors on a wide range of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and other strategic and financial advisory assignments.

Jon leads the firm's coverage of the IT asset lifecycle ecosystem, including ITAD and related circular-economy and digital infrastructure services. Jon also works more broadly across the industrial, technology, and business services sectors.

Previously, Jon worked in the Chicago office of PwC's Corporate Finance practice and was an analyst in the Valuation and Financial Opinion Group at Stout.
