Kevin Carr is an Associate at XA Investments focused on product development and product management. Prior to joining XAI, Kevin was a Treasury Manager for Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., a global insurance brokerage and risk management firm. During his time at Gallagher, Kevin oversaw the firm's money market investment portfolio, which averaged approximately $1.5bn in assets. Kevin was responsible for researching investments and directing the placement of cash. He also served as the firm's FX trader, executing over $3.2bn in currency trades. In addition, Kevin worked with foreign subsidiaries to deliver operating cash flow reports and assisted in cash planning and dividend repatriation initiatives.

Kevin received his B.S. in Agriculture & Consumer Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, with a concentration in Finance in Agribusiness and a minor in Business. While studying at the University of Illinois, Kevin played for the club lacrosse team and was a member of the Economics Club.
