Oelerich III as Managing Director in its Chicago office. Mr. Oelerich’s investment banking experience and skills will augment XMS’ core mission of delivering objective, value added advice and custom tailored solutions to help clients achieve their strategic goals.

Prior to joining XMS, Mr. Oelerich was Managing Director and Head of Midwest Mergers & Acquisitions for Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. He has spent over 35 years in investment banking, with Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank. Importantly, Frank ran M&A in the Midwest for both Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank. Over that time, he has executed scores of M&A transactions with an aggregate value approaching a quarter of a trillion dollars. Mr. Oelerich earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar and a Loeb Rhoades fellow, and a BBA in Finance and Business Economics, magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame.
